Foundation Goals

Our goal is to improve mental health in society, particularly focusing on youth and young adults. We also aim to support the work of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, educators, and teachers through the use of modern information technologies, primarily AI.

The foundation's goal is divided into three equally important paths, represented by the projects: "psych_report," "SEE learning," and "meditation and emotions" workshops.

The final connection between these paths is the "Feeling" project, which, on one hand, will relieve doctors and psychologists of some of the burden of psychoeducation for patients, while simultaneously actively supporting the patient's psychoeducation during active work (dialogue and tasks) with them.

It is worth mentioning that, with all the emphasis on modern technology, we are equally inspired by the idea of secular ethics promoted by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, as well as the use of meditation (mindfulness, Buddhist, and from other traditions) as a support in the prevention of mental disorders and emotional hygiene.

For those interested in what secular ethics is, we warmly recommend a short article by the Dalai Lama on this topic, available here: Secular Ethics.

Compassion for oneself and others
is the foundation of a healthy mind.
